preface

to quote a friend of mine. . .i've been overweight once in my life. . .since i was 10.  well. . .that's not totally true.  when i was 18 i went from 336lbs down to 180lbs by eating nothing but frozen yogurt from Hardee's.  needless to say i gained all that back.  so at age 35 i started actually feeling 35. . .aches and pains, getting outta bed was becoming harder.  i was no longer in my 20's and felt like i could rule the world.  i decided it was time to not only lose all the weight but to get in shape as well.  i started a diet and exercise regiment and was successful in dropping 50lbs or so.  i had some friends that had done the HCG program and had great results.  i know and understand that eating right and exercise is the key to weight loss, and i felt like the diet and exercise regiment i had been on was something i could do for the rest of my life without a problem.  the hcg diet isn't easy to do by any means, but anything worth having isn't normally just handed to a person.  as i look at it, your food choices are quite limited, and as a picky eater that concerns me but i think i can do anything for 40days. . .and if i can get similar results to others, then it's well worth it.  once i get all the weight off i'll be able to resume my exercise and diet regiment and be happy.  i look at the HCG as a way to quickly shed the rest of the weight since i've already learned how to eat healthy and exercise.  i'm sure i could lose the rest of my weight continuing what i'm doing, but if i can accelerate that process, then why not?  so tomorrow i get started.

i'm excited to get this process started.  being from clintwood i know willie hamilton already, and have had the pleasure of working out with him over the past month or so at Anytime Fitness.  i can't express how knowledgeable and helpful he has been already.  i have a feeling that LiveFit Medicine and the people there are direct reflections of him and his attitude, so i very much look forward to it all.
