well, here we are at day 10 already.  1/4 through the 40 day program.  i find that i'm no longer feeling hungry like i was for the first week.  no more headache and cramping.  i'm still taking my morning injection in the stomach.  seems i had somehow missed a dose or two of the colon cleanser.  took the last one this morning.  clothes are notably looser now.  i'm not eating enough vegetables and fruits.  this i know.
