went and got my lipotrim shot today.  only lost .4 lbs  willie said to drink more water today and i'd drop more tomorrow.  got in a little more than my normal 4 liters but not much.  diarrhea continues today.  went walking this evening even though i felt absolutely zapped of energy.  went to bed around 8:30p, woke up 3:30a, i fight with insomnia sometimes anyway. . .finally back asleep around 4:30a.
